                      BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY                         

In order to secure an appointment I may request a deposit in cleared funds or a cash deposit into my account

My account is extra secure and as it is a commercial bank is with the faster payments scheme. As my bank is LLOYDS TSB you have peace of mind that I am a genuine business owner sole-trader and that my details match my identity

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

If an appointment is cancelled before 120 hours/ 5 days of the booking:
The deposit may be used against a re-booking within the following 10 days if booked within 48 hours of the cancellation.

If canceling before 96 hours/4 days  of the booking :
The deposit may be used against a re-booking within the following 10 days if booked within 48 hours of the cancellation.

Later than 72 hours/3 days but before 36 hours of the booking:
Deposits on all styling  or cutting services will be lost for colour's or other extended services 70% maybe used against re-booking in the following 10 days at my discretion.
If no other services are re-scheduled deposits will not be refunded in any manner

Later than 36 hours before 24 hours of the booking:

deposits for styling or cutting are lost completely, & from extended services 50% can be used against future services in the following 10 days at my discretion. 

If cancelling within 24 hours of the booking you will lose your deposit completely
